There is one singular instance of a discussion of suicidal ideation in the question 'Ask about the reason' and the topic is quickly dismissed.
As endings are unlocked mounted skulls, some of which contain taxidermy components, will appear on the ending title card and the wall in the main game to represent each of the endings. These cannot be turned off. Choosing 'Ask how it works' will prompt a discussion about tracking and hunting wolves, including explicit descriptions of traps, injuries to the leg, including chewing through it to escape a trap. Choosing 'Ask about the pelt' while in possession of the 'Weißenbach Conversation Key' will prompt a yes/no question about skinning wolves. There is no depiction or description of the act. The conversation continues about fur pelts, and the Host reveals the one he is wearing is a werewolf pelt and used to be a person. If the player has the 'Servant Conversation Key' and asks for the jerky, they will be shown Ending 9 which includes a brief conversation then an illustration and sound effect to imply the main character is being beaten to death. Choosing the correct options in 'Suggest Alternative Entertainment' will allow the player to ask about being an entertainer. The Host asks if the player is interested in corporal punishment, implying a sexual nature. The player will always have the option to decline. If the player accepts there is no description of events. Choosing to 'Decline' after receiving the 'Seduction Conversation Key' will result in Ending 12 where the player character will go to bed with the Host. There is a brief description of events, but there are no mentions of body parts, fluids, positions, or other explicit descriptions in the text. There are no illustrative components. In Ending 7, found through obtaining the 'Servant Conversation Key' and accepting the jerky, there is a brief description that implies a former servant and the Host have an intimate relationship. Choosing 'Propose alternative employment' will allow the player to reach Ending 5, in which the player character is implied to be employed in kidnapping and bring other victims to the Host. The player will always have the option to decline. Accepting the jerky will have the player attack the servant, and force feeding them the steak, leading to the servant's implied off-screen death.
